Commissioned work(s) will not be used commercially by me unless specifically agreed upon.

You may use commissioned work(s) for your own personal purposes (profile pictures, banners, etc...)

You may share the artwork on your personal social media with the watermark intact.

Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless a seperate agreement is made

VTuber models, designs, and animations: 1 to 1.5 months.

Emotes, chibi art, normal illustrations, fanart: 2 to 4 weeks.

Disclaimer: Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health issues) will be communicated in advance, and I will provide a small gift as compensation.

Do not use rejected sketches on any other commissions except mine.

You cannot use commissioned work for commercial printing unless explicitly agreed upon.

Use of my work for NFTs or AI is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in blacklisting and public warnings.

Reselling is allowed but must not exceed $30 above the original price.

Do not remove my credit or share PSD files publicly.

For VTuber and animation commissions, I offer free assistance with file adjustments during the rigging or animation process.

If delays occur due to health or unforeseen issues, I will notify you in advance and provide a compensatory gift.

I offer up to 4 free revisions during the creation process

Additional revisions will incur a $5/each, unless the revision is due to anatomy, costume details, or reference issues.

Commissions over $350 will have bonus discount 5-10%

Free promotional tagging is available in my portfolio unless you opt out.

Payment is accepted via PayPal only.

Include your name (or nickname) and the type of commission when making a payment.

You may cancel the commission after receiving the sketch if it doesn’t meet your expectations. In this case, you do not retain ownership of the sketch.

Refunds are not available once the sketch is approved unless the fault lies with me (e.g., plagiarism or improper conduct).
